Lovely buzz &mdash 06/21/05 - 02:14:15 PM
That buzzy distortion is great. Nice soaring feedback midway through. And the 'losing the signal' at the end is cool. I dig this.

always glad when I see &mdash 06/21/05 - 07:09:16 PM
a Stun Nutz piece has been posted. This one is especially
fun to listen to. No screaming children, no horro, no
abuse. Just some cool rhythms and exceptional distortion.

Downloaded right away. Excellent artwork too. I have no
complaints, except the genre. (Although I have no idea
where to put this - abstract/experimental?

I guess this could have been abstract/experimental.... because it is more about the sonics... I just have a habit of putting it in "other" because it is the ambiguously easy way out.

Hey Tom, we need to do a piece together sometime... I love going off in new directions... and a lot of your tunes are very different than mine... it could be an interesting mix... what do you say?

I think it's a great idea. All we need is...an idea...

awesome production. the beats sound crisp & keep the
distortion balanced, it's nice & pretty, too. i imagine this is
the sound the earth makes spinning thru the stardust..

Bebop horns... now that would be interesting. Hmmm... you have a
horn, right? I wouldn't be opposed to someone giving it a whirl... hint
hint...

Distortion. Off the wall sounds. Cool song art. What else can a Doofy ask for? lol

title &mdash 10/26/05 - 06:51:48 PM
this is a great piece. Really like how the distortion functions like an
instrument itself, kind of like a tuba. Great beats and nice spacing. Nice
build at the end and like the distortion.

Digging the cross over &mdash 06/08/07 - 06:55:11 PM
I am completely f'ed up about somefin. Don't matter wot'-).Any way, the song captured my attention on the homepage of mj (the player doing its thang automatically and all). And I thought, this sound complements the need to release some pressure. And it did, and wot do u know. It is you! hahahaha, laughed my bottom off. You are the man of the cross-overs in my book. At least successful ones. Love the distortion on the lead synth (rave like organ mangled to bits) and the beats. Ow the beats, you know how to do the boogy.

Glad this caught your ear first... without knowing that it's me! You need to check out the version of this tune with the added horn, though... it is even better: http://www.macjams.com/song/11227
