My only critism is that there doesn't feel to be clear emphasis
on the main instruments- this adds a trippy feel but is also
slightly jarring!

ressurecting the spirit of the lizard king channeled thru
baron von tollbooth and the chrome nun. A happy trail of
quicksilver eight miles higher than an atomic rooster
watching big brother and uncle john's band eat hot tuna
and a moby grape. It's a beautiful day as - summer haze
is in my brain.

Today I had Honey Smacks for breakfast and
yesterday I had Golden Grahams. I liked the Honey
Smacks better... although, I never really liked Golden
Grahams, to be honest.

Oh, I liked this song, by the way. But I do have a
tendency to like your tunes.

I guess my point is this: Joan is like Honey Smacks.

...a record label I would sign you guys up in a heart beat (and
I mean even before signing myself). One listening and this
song is stuck in my head! This is by far one of your best
mixes (I know I keep repating myself), but WOW. The
saxophone is fat, love it. A lot of Velvet vibes, maybe even
some Greaful Dead!? Love it, love it, it loves me!

I visualize a garage band playing in ripped T-shirts in an
old warehouse. Quite tired and/or just plain lazy. Just
pumping out the words ands music without being
bothered too much by strict cadence. The woman who
lives in the cottage across the street from the parts factory
can take it or leave it.

The music is done. What now? Drink beer and watch static
on TV?

I get a feeling of anemia listening to this. Doesn't mean
it's bad. It simply means we all can't donate blood today.

I voted 8787, in case you got the impression from my goofy description
above that I didn't like the song. I actually do like it. It matches the angst and
deflation of spirit I feel some days. Please don't take my free-wheeling

On second listen, I get a better impression of this song. Forget my
characterization as "lazy". I should have said "laid back". Laid back is good.
What I want to hear most in a future mix of this is more immediacy to the
vocals. They are set too far back in the reverberating warehouse space. Great
job, guys.
