Description:
This is a piece that to me suggests true love and betrayal, delicately so. The painting is Samson and Delilah by Solomon J Solomon reproduced by my good friend Willywagga, who is a regular visitor to Macjams. If you like my composition you'll find more under the 'Other' genre. Enjoy and thanks for listening.

Evocative, lovely &mdash 07/27/05 - 08:58:22 AM
Man, this made me slow down and think seriously about
my life. That is the mark of an inspired composition.

Stunning &mdash 07/28/05 - 07:40:07 AM
Somehow I missed this, Cormac, as well as your Other
stuff. I will be listening to those, too. This piece blew me
away, to use a hackneyed phrase. Gorgeous, dripping with
sadness. I have some technical questions, but I will email
you about that.

I mistook you for a Brit until mando corrected me a few
minutes ago. But this piece reveals your true Celtic roots,
or whatever roots you have. It has a very Irish feel to it.
Old Irish. Years ago, back then. Wonderful!

If Mozart and O'Carolan got together... &mdash 07/28/05 - 08:25:39 PM
...and got on well, but both were really SAD...deeply sad...

I could imagine something like this...

Now if Mr. Yeats would pop up and write the lyrics, we could
call it a day...

This is simply beautiful.

Very sad piece, but I like it very much! I`m glad that some people haven`t forgotten what music is all about: to play what you feel!
