Good start Agree that it's a great starting point and you might want to revisit it to add some more depth and diversity. I think it's the constant bass in the kick drum that creates the sense that there's little change in tempo or atmosphere. Think about toning it down or changing it up a bit. Not quite enough... I think this song could have been about a third the length it was. The mixing and composition are top-notch, but I just don't think there's enough substance to warrant the 6:46 running time. Check out my latest song called dawn/drive

long. The mix sounds good, but the structure is a bit too
repetitive for the material.
Btw, I wouldn't put this under ambient. Closer to trance, I'd
say.
