Description:
This song was composed entirely from loops found on the Magix Soundpool collection 2005 DVD. I used mostly loops from the "Easy Listening" genre - but I picked the funkier sounding ones.
I haven't put much effort into mastering yet. All the panning controls are dead center still. The samples are still mostly "dry" - no effects added. I'd welcome your input for mastering this tune better.
If you are interested in the Magix soundpool, I have a thread going in the forum. I have written a converter to make this Windows-centric sample pool a cool GarageBand addon.

Very nice jazzy sound with the scat soloin. I would turn
down the entrance at 21 seconds, let the sax stand out man.
Synths might just hide a bit more in the song. Groove is
perfect, especially 13-21 seconds, and again before the
end... i would suggest cutting the goofy effect at the end.

I believe the software is called DAZ studio. DAZ also sell models for a popular 3D rendering program called "Poser". The studio program is a 3D rendering software that can also load poser models, but it is available FREE from DAZ. The fairy scene came with the program.

I like the beat and the rhythm along with the femail scat. Nicely done and incorporated perfectly into the song. I'd have to agree on the sound effect at the end of the song - feels out of place...more "electronica" feeling. The loops are cool, I'll have to head over to your forum posts. [ Reply to This ]
