Description

Something very different than my other songs on this site. I write for an electronic jazz group called Space Mice. I set out to write a suite for prepared instruments which would accompany the reading of several books of applied linguistics (that is, the music would keep me awake while I was reading).

Strange dude
Ooooh - I like this one straight away - lovely sonic
presence, a breathing darkness that's quite comfortable.
But then something slices through with a hint of menace.
The whole thing is a bit eerie - great soundtrack for a
horror movie - I must say I find it weird to think of this
guy reading books of "applied linguistics" to this music!
To keep himself awake! Wonder what he dreams about?

	Dreamy Love what you did here.... a beautiful otherworldly soundscape. Effects are well used and make sense with the piece. Not easy to create a slow moving piece and keep it interesting throughout... but you accomplished exactly that here. Check out my latest song called Mayday !886
