NIce, very epic. The violins sound amazing, they really add a lot to the song. The bad thing is that it ends just as you get into it. :(

...you surprise me. I missed this the last time around.

First 'real' composition, huh? 'Musical typing', huh? Well...

People had it right on the last posting, about this being a
very 'cinematic' piece. As you can tell, everyone hears this
and starts imagining the movie that goes with it...

Is it an action/adventure flick?

Is it swords and sorcery?

Does it somehow involve yaks?

Plainly, you have a GREAT sense of melody and harmony,
and a good sense of how to construct a piece of music. I
would be flat out clueless attempting something like this.
Very big, very sonorous, big slow movement through the
piece...

I've got to wonder what the connection is in in YOUR mind
to the word 'justice'. What's the vibe of this to you?

Anyway, I'm really impressed. You know, what I do for my
living is work with teenagers as a therapist. With a number
of them, I teach them to play guitar, to write songs, to
record things...If you're okay with it, I'd love to use this as
an example of what a motivated teen can do...

I called this pieace "First 'real' composition", because I have only composed
"loops only" songs before.

And Music Typing is one of the new thing about Garageband 2. It let you to
use your Keybord(not the music keybord) as a music keybord.

The movie... yes I want to make a "King and Knights" movie with this song,
but I guess it's impossible for me to make those kind of movie with no
budgets:( I have made some no budgets movie before though.

I don't know if this song will be a good example or not, but you may use it:)

I tried downloading it again...it still only plays 14 seconds of it. It also
happens to any song I download here in macjams. It must because I only
use a dial up connection or something.:p

This is an amazing orchestral piece of music that you
have "typed" out on your GBand keyboard. I am really
impressed. Epic feel, action and motion in the music.
You show in this song a sense of music and arrangement
that normally wold be beyond your years. Well done!
This could be right out of a Cecil B. DeMille movie from
the thirties, forties, or fifties.

Now I am off to here your latest song.... : )

Jem, I had to give straight 9's for this composition. Your sense of
harmony and painting a picture with the timing of loops inspires me to
keep at it myself. You are wonderfully talented and I look forward to more
