Description
Well...first a HUGE, GIGANTIC THANK YOU to The Kind Strangers for the opportunity to remix this great song. At first, it was quite challenging for me because the song is really, really, really good. I thought that there would be nothing I could do to it that would live up to the quality of the original. Well, here it is. I gave it my best shot. Tried to keep the beauty of the original and still add my twist to it. I hope they don't think I destroyed their song. Garageband only. Loops only.

Good job
Great song... and a really nice mix.. I'm not familiar with
the original, you do a great job keeping this cohesive...
doesn't stray too far and yet remains interesting
throughout... Good job

80's kinda
Nice production. The song is good but I've heard alot of
those Garageband loops and effects that it seems to
sound like alot of stuff on this site. You seem to know
what you are doing as the arrangements are cool though -
it's just that Garageband has alot of 80's stuff in it and I
dont really like 80's. Tis just an opinion but I'd suggest
getting something in there with a bit of grit and not have
it so clean. Maybe change some of the effects or even use
a real instrument somewhere -if you can! You are pretty
nifty with d production. V pro sounding.

ooohh I see potential
The vocals are great, but for me the thing holding this song
back is the evil loop aspect. It makes the song sound a little
boring and "top 40". Chuck in a real acoustic guitar or piano
for a natural feel. Sorry for complaining but I see great
potential in your vocals, lyrics and arranging.
Check out my latest song called Afraid of girls.

While Garageband enables and challenges me to come up with competent tracks, I never forget how far from a real musician I really am. It would be cool to become the world's most successful "Loop Artist." I believe that it's quite amazing when I can... [see more]
