Where'd it go? You're right - the compression/normalization is very effective . . I had to tweak my volume down a bit. The music is good classic electronic washes and arpeggios - grabbed me right away. I felt it lost direction a bit in the middle but picked up again toward the end with a nice timing change. I would love it if the song resolved at the end though. Check out my latest song called Ecstasy 2005

Great song, but needs a proper ending. Very interesting "world" sound to this track (please excuse the trite term). The song grabbed my attention immidiately and kept it. I must say, however, that the fade out at the end feels like a cop-out. It doesn't do the rest of the song justice. I hope you'll consider giving this song a proper ending some day...I know I'd love to hear it! Check out my latest song called dawn/drive

Great song, but needs a proper ending. Hi Av01der I just listened again to this piece. You had me a little bit worried about losing my ending!! The ending is there all right but is of the form of a gentle reduction in volume down to zero. It basically fades away into the distance......rather than an abrupt ending. Unfortunately the new, longer version would be different. I only like certain bits of this mix and so would change it the next time around. I left the mix as it was because everything seemed to be happy within the different tracks. R. --- Light travels faster than sound and that's why some people appear bright until you hear them speak. Nice one A good vibe you've got going here. The contrast between the high-pitched and low-pitched sounds is very effective. Nice one Thanks Rebsie I try, when the collection of loops is varied enough, to mix interesting and diverse sounds whilst trying to keep the harmonies flowing both together and apart (though tonally together) and this is a general example of this. The mixes that I am releasing at the moment though are ALL experiments in loop mixing with the hope that I'll put together more of Reinholt's original music as the next year progresses, based on what works and what doesn't work in these trials.
