Liking the Avant Guard Production &mdash 08/23/05 - 09:14:57 PM
The beat is refreshingly non-hooky. Might want to push
the vocals a bit higher in the mix though so we can hear
more of what it is you're trying to say. Might want to
invest in a thesaurus.

Avant garde indeed. &mdash 08/24/05 - 12:32:56 AM
I don't use internet shorthand like "lol", but if I did, I would use it as a reaction
to this comment.

low key &mdash 08/24/05 - 02:51:14 AM
kind of smooth, but still hard-edged. the minimal beat track
is a hit. i agree with the comment about the volume of the
vocals, but it would be cool to maybe turn it up & then back
down in places-play with it, make it more of your own. good
stuff

Great beat &mdash 08/24/05 - 06:16:36 PM
The percussion track works well. There's a time or two it
distorts a little in my headphones. Could just be on my end.
Like the distant instrumental touches throughout. Like the
back and forth on the vocals. They could be brought out
some. Some good stuff. Welcome to MacJams!

I like as it is &mdash 08/25/05 - 06:29:54 AM
The other side of the spectrum speaking... :)
I like it. Dark, obsessive. On my headphones I can hear
voices located everywhere.
What a pity that my poor english makes me understand just
a few words.

definitely make it more "your beat" &mdash 08/26/05 - 05:21:35 PM
i think you need to turn up the volume on your vocals as
well. i really like the beat, and as a another rapper, i think
you need to ride the beat more with your vocals, somehow
mix it up a little, im sure you've already tailored to vocals
you wrote to the beat, but it doesnt really sound
according to the beat ( the rhymes) although i can tell
your rhyme patterns fit the track well. One life to live,
keep on doing your thing.

You know... &mdash 08/26/05 - 07:36:52 PM
...this was tight. Reminded me of some mid 90's Rap-A-
Lot stuff, which is the best stuff they put out! I think with
a proper mixdown this could really shine!!! If you decide
to f23k with it some more, I'd more than willing to be your
guinea pig and do some test listening. Good stuff!

Another good one &mdash 08/27/05 - 08:28:03 AM
I enjoy the instrument track a lot. I liked when the vocals
started doubling uup later in the song - very well done.
I don't mind that the vocals weren't more forward - it forced
me to really pay attention when I wanted to listen to the
words, and when I didn't, it was easy to get lost in the music.

Riff &mdash 08/29/05 - 10:19:30 PM
Needs a catchy riff. Strong beat and the lyrics are good. They could have been a little louder.
