A dirgy sort of ambient piece on the passing of a once great river in my hometown of Bethlehem, PA.

This is a nice quiet piece, introspective and contemplative.

Glad you liked it. Its a departure from my more recent pieces. I may try a few
more chilled pieces in the future.

Ah, Yes. Bethlehem Steel...
...near and dear to my heart, too.

Liked a lot. Nice job.

Greetings from Berks! Home of Birdsboro Steel (long gone, too) and CarTech (still here).

Suggestion: Maybe throw in some industrial sounds (with lots of echo and reverb) in the background to expand on your soundscape and express the punishment the Lehigh River endured over the years.

Example: Check out some Thomas Dolby....his tune, Cruel, comes to mind.

Hey, dude. Maybe we'll run into each other at the Musikfest on of these years.

Keep up the good work!

Jam on!

Thanks for the feedback. I may experiment a bit. Don't want another Joel
"Allentown" sound though! Hope you make musikfest next year. Good fun
despite getting a bit more commercial every year. I am lucky enough to be
walking distance. Had over a million people this year over the week!

A hip dirge, however
Nice. Dug the vibe, the retro sounds, the groove.

Thanks for the comments. I won't tell you how many takes, editings and
pencillings it takes me to get something listenable! But that's the beauty of
garageband I guess.
