A song about driving the Number 1 highway everyday. Into the East is my home. Heading into the east is the best part of the day. But now I have a day shift so waking up alone doesn't happen anymore. Yay! Hope you like it.

Fantastic vocal work, loved the back & forth and the harmonies on the chorus. Thought the quality of the vocal recording made it sound a little distant or hollow at times, but still really liked it!! Thanks for sharing.

the vocals call for a better mic. Your performance is wonderful!

Hey! Thanks for the comments, they're awesome! I have been saying this almost every song I post that I'm getting a new mic. But I have no idea what to get. I have an eMac and I have a few mics that won't work with the audio input. For some reason it's a mono input and not stereo. Most mics are stereo so they don't work with mine. Do I need to get some interface or adapter thing? Does anyone else have the same problem with their eMac if you have one. Or if you could suggest a mic that is reasonably priced and will help get rid of that echo sound I end up with all the time with the pin hole mic. Thanks!

A good pre-amp would go a long ways toward solving any mic issues you have. I reccomend the M-Audio Mobile USB Pre as it accepts mono and stereo connections and also has phantom power in case you ever want to switch to a condenser mic. GB recognizes it easily & it's pretty straight forward to use.

I liked this track, nice melody, and the drum parts really fit. The "skips" are quality. I think the vocals are sung really well too :) Good stuff...

The glitches caught me off guard - nice touch. Your singing and
harmonies are very well done. I was thinking that the bridge might call for
a different / less reverb on the vocals since the singer is home and no
longer in the confines of the car.

and groove! I like how you used the grooves and did something that gives a cool stutter beat in one or two parts. I really like the melodic interplay in your vocals. That type of vocal writing really takes talent and a good ear. Great tune!
