Great Very nice. You have a lovely, sad voice that moved me. The piece was nice, very melodic with simple yet sometimes inventive chord prog. Was dying to hear the song explode into drums and electric geetar but it didn't, and I felt I was left hanging at the end, like a guy getting a first kiss but then wanting to go further. Oooo get me! Winner quadriple combination = singin,bass, guitar and words Like the resonance of your easy-to-listen to voice. Terrific style indeed! The guitar fits in very nice radio friendly way. Nice interplay between the guitar, bass and vocal. Now the words are sinkin in for about the 3rd time, thats even more powerful than I thought originally because I am so stuck in the tone thing. really nice on the ears Great song Nina - and great taste in getting Ingo to help out on guitar. Your singing is really nice on the ears - a little like Nina (off 99 Luftbalon fame) in parts (or maybe that's just the hint of accent - a very positive thing!). A very sweet song... ...the singing is very sweet, for starters... perfectly suits the mood of the piece... I actually really like the way the bass fits with the acoustic guitar and the voice... Missing wt i heard is that one girl had just gone home and began missing her man. The ending is not very good- - end suddenly... i think the instructment playin should last for more seconds so that make da end like endless.. May be my comment is so non-sence and non-reasonable.. |

Good,moving Great song, very moving. I personally think the ending is fine... if the guitar went on for too long you'd starting wondering when it was going to end... you could add some funky finger work to prolong the ending, but then it would distract from the lyric, which I believe is the main focal point fo the writer in this case. succinct I could see this moody song about loners struggling in a relationship expanded by adding a mournful solo instrument, but I'm also okay with it being short and succinct.
