I liked this a lot more... than the original Trance Divide. This had some very nice progressions through the song and did a really good job linking elements of a prior section into the new one. This also had a much better fit in terms of energy relative to the back beat. I gave the original Trance Divide another listen, and I think what I meant to say when I said that song sounded too mellow was that you had this 136 beat-per-minute back beat (relatively high energy) with main rhythms and melodies that were more laid back and didn't really seem to gel with the underlying energy of the song. This song had a much better tying of back-beat energy to front section energy, making it feel more unified to me. This stil may not be quite the right words for it, but hopefully it gives an idea... nice sounds pretty cool. i like the sounds. its got some nice changes in it to keep it from sounding the same through out. keep it up. i'd say more but my brain is a little to slow to give advice right now sorry. but i am enjoying it. Check out my latest song called Die (Album Version)

i love the 80s-ness of this song. its like a modern urban miami
vice feel, and i dig it the most. this is by far one of the better
tracks ive heard on MJ... I;ll be on the lookout for your future
posts.
