My what a lush sound! &mdash 10/25/05 - 09:16:27 AM
It's good to have you back :D

Sounds lovely - even with the cheap midi sounds. Gotta get you some
kick-arse software (and hardware) soon!

lol - thanks! I know....*sigh* Oh, for an orchestra..... or even something similar.... but on my income....nu-uh. I hate being an impoverished student.....

Thanks for commenting, though!

I go telling you that you have a great voice, then you don't sing!

This has a very full sound to it. Cool. Dramatic.

What did you use to create it?

The very last note just seems to quit, sounding clipped, but maybe that;s
just me.

*blush* hehehe...thanks! I used Noteworthy Composer and Harmony Assistant to record from. Maybe I should start recording from Noteworthy - the midi sounds aren't as good, but the notes don't sound as clipped. I am thinking of adding my own vocals to this one, however. ;)

I like what you've done here. The piece has a nice pace and evokes a
bit of drama maybe even a little on the dark side. I would like to hear
you open it up some. Maybe a little reverb to create more of an
atmosphere for the sound to work in. Right now I think it sounds as if
it was in a very small space. Also some of your amazing vocals would
work well with this, I think. Very nice.-JAC

Thanks Chak! Yeah....I think I will redo this - I'll add some reverb and see what I can do vocal-wise.... thanks!

Very nice piece - very visual.
I can see this as a part of a soundtrack for some adventure film.
I agree with chak about some reverb - it might really add a little
"something something" :)
But very nice, indeed.

Your work is really great.
Did you have any specific style in mind when writing this? Sounds a bit
like Schnberg in his erlier days before all this "twelve-tone-thing".

Please buy yourself GarageBand and Jam Pack 4: I want to hear more!
