I like the synthi / bass line
perhaps you should use an external micro
it sound like you used a flanger/phaser effect on the voice

I like the synth line too, just bring it up a little in the mix,
you guys should def invest in a mic, check out the MXL 990
for 49.99 at Guitar Center.
This is not excatly the music I usually listen to.
I am not too much into the gangsta lyrics, has been done
to many times over. I liked your voice though and the flow
was very good. Work on the mix a little bit (bring up the
bass synth and eq the beats a little for fatter sound).

There are some interesting elements in this, to me the mix sounds fine. Youre rapping is nice, good flow. like the bells that sometimes appear.
