Description
This is my modest and humble lead guitar contribution to Fosod's collaboration piece. I been sick for the last week (chest cold with non-stop coughing). Somehow, the coughing in Fosod's original song attracted my attention. (I found myself coughing along with the song while laying down the tracks and mxing). Hopefully, the mix is OK since my head is stuffed up. Anyway, I hope you like it. Thanks Fosod for providing me/us with the opportunity to jam along. Looking forward to collaborating with others (if they are willing to let me and can stand my playing style). Feel free to add to the song if you want.

Great!
Isn't that "Secret Agent Man" in there?

Great!
"Secret Agent Man?" If you hear it in there, it was not intentional. I'm gonna
have to track that song down and see where the similarity lies. Thanks for the
positive feedback.

From one guitar player to another
As a guitar player to another, I would suggest changing the tone in the first lead part as it doesn't mesh well with the style of music you're playing over IMHO. The second lead part could blend with the mix a liitle better by coming down in volume

Great Work

From one guitar player to another
Point taken. I listened to the mixdown again tonight and I think you're
right...the lead part was a tad to high in volume. I will try to remix first
chance I get after my head/chest cold goes away (as noted in my original
post). As for the tone, I'm willing to try reshaping the tone but what tonal
qualities do you think fits better? A cleaner one or a different distortion
quality? I'd tried to contrast the distorted guitar sound with a clean guitar
sound prior to the first lead solo. Was that clean guitar sound fitting? Also,
what about the tone on the second guitar solo?

Thanks for your suggestions.
