First of all I listen to this genre almost next to never. But it seems whenever I do I'm pleasantly surprised. That's the case here. One thing I really like about this is the mellow, almost ambient rhythm. The rise and fall of the synth made me think of the ocean for some reason. Very nice mellow song- a lot of ways you could take this if you wanted... I'm hearing a female vocal somewhere. Good stuff! Check out my latest song called Ballad of The Little Tiki

very smooth, light longing There's something about this that tugs gently, floating along but unraveling hope and absorbing regret, but with sparkles of sunshine along the way. no assembly required I really like what you've got going on in here. The melody is so beautiful and the sweet punctuations 2/3rd's in is delightful. I think you have an exceptional ear. I really like how you give full thought to the musical expressions of the instruments, very careful and deliberate without feeling inhibited in any way. I'm sold my friend. I would give you a good rating if I could.
There is a nice balance in there and some subtle insrumentation. I'm not much into this kind of music, but it reminds me of Royksopp (sic?).
The part toward the end when you start modulating on that arpeggio, i like it when you kick in the blues note (toward the end)... maybe it could be louder? It's a nice touch.
