A guitar riff I was about to do away with when my songwriting partner Ray stopped me and told me it ruled. I am glad he did because with his help this song came to be.
With Ray's lyrics, some of his melodies, some of my melodies, and my voice and guitarparts we had a very good song!

They are software drums, but I did a ton of eq changes trying to make them
sound a little more real. Thanks for taking the time to post.

Just the Garage band Jazz lounge master setting. That's it. All of you
Macjammers helped me with ideas to remix this song to make it more dynamic
and feature the vocals over the instruments.

Great tune...wonderfully mellow and melancholy.
I like this a lot. Great singing, writing and production.
I've never heard the word 'bactine' in a song, ever :)
There is something missing from this song, another chorus or maybe just the answers to the questions you have asked...what ever it is, it makes you want to listen over and over to it searching for it...
...excellent work...I'm looking forward to more of your stuff.

I had many ideas to bring another melody into the song, but it just seemed
sweet as is. I have another song in the wings with a similar vibe, which is longer
and more involved.

Great song Chris - loved the vox - Coldplay is definitely in there, but
that's certainly no criticism. What mic are you using? Came straight to
the remix, and very glad I did. Guitar bed works beautifully. Nice one!

I used a Behringer b-1 condenser mic. Coldplay is a new favorite of mine, so I
am sure it is subconsciously rubbing off on me with my songwriting approach.
