giving it a try &mdash 11/14/05 - 01:44:43 PM
Ok, im giving this genre a try, allthough I am not particularly fond of it ;). I think this is quite calm and soothing, and with some soothing vocals i think this will be really nice, speak of the devil, there the vocals came. There are som cool things happening in this song, the piano for instance. And the vocals. Good work!

Sounds righteous but I think the vocals could be sung a little more in key! Maybe make the vocals more grand and epic sounding! Just my two cents and the dog shit I dragged in on the bottom of my shoe!

layin it down &mdash 11/14/05 - 05:38:13 PM
Scenario one: Heavy platters of sound, turning slowly, being stacked,
slab after slab, by a heavy browed DJ.

Scenario two: The freshman air traffic controller must somehow
negotiate the aliens' request to land at this rural airport.

Yeah, some growling vocals or high-pitched interplanetary
transmissions would be cool over this.

this sneaks up on you &mdash 11/16/05 - 09:12:12 AM
At first this seems like some unremarkable instrumental electronica that
won't go anywhere, but what a surprise: it does. The groove is really
good, and when the vocals come in the whole thing transforms into
something different.

I remember seeing this in the Rate Me box when it was first posted, but I
got interrupted before I could listen to it. The title made me wonder if
this was fatalistic commentary about casting music before the MacJams
audience.

I ended up liking this. I think your voice goes well with the music bed.
