Description:
Still, Still, Still is one of the prettiest carols out there and unfortunately not a lot is known about it other than that it is Austrian, set to the "Salsburg Melody" and was written around 1819. I took it and filled in a few extra notes here and there. :)

I found a couple of different translations for the lyrics - I've included my favorite.

Lyrics:
Still, still, still,
One can hear the falling snow.
For all is hushed,
The world is sleeping,
Holy Star its vigil keeping.
Still, still, still,
One can hear the falling snow.

Sleep, sleep, sleep,
'Tis the eve of our Saviour's birth.
The night is peaceful all around you,
Close your eyes,
Let sleep surround you.
Sleep, sleep, sleep,
'Tis the eve of our Saviour's birth.

Dream, dream, dream,
Of the joyous day to come.
While guardian angels without number,
Watch you as you sweetly slumber.
Dream, dream, dream,
Of the joyous day to come.

gorgeous
Way to go notso!

Really beautiful! Love the addition of the flute sound. You did a wonderful
job with JamPack 4 as well. Those instruments really sound good.

Thanks much for sharing this gem.

Wonderful
I have listened and downloaded most of your pieces this morning. Listening to them was a great way to get myself into the mindset to greet the world.

This piece was the icing on the cake. A really melodic interpretation.

Keep 'em coming.

Upload as many tunes as you can at any one time. I'd rather stay listening to one interesting artist than test the water with some of the stuff uploaded.

Twelve espresso's might be the order of the day...

Hmmm
Your songs are causing a stir here at the Project's HQ. Makes us regret
not asking you to contribute to the CD. This is really an excellent
arrangement of a carol we have not heard before. Very nice work.
Maybe Noel Project 2006?

Hmmm
I would love to collaberate on 2006. I've been listening to what the Noel
Project has been posting and I've been loving it all!

Oh! I missed this one!
This is one of my favorite Christmas pieces!
Pssst! Don't tell Tom Atwood, but I almost suggested it for the Noel
Project CD, but then forgot to bring it up...
Just as well--this is a beautiful rendition! Some of the chord
progressions/treatments are different than I've heard before, and very
nice!
Beautiful! Thank you for giving me something so lovely to add to my
Christmas collection this year! :)

Oh! I missed this one!
Too funny! I did a small arrangement of Coventry Carol literally about 24
hours before it showed up on MacJams from the Noel Project! Yours was so
amazing I didn't bother to post mine. :)

Post it!
Nononono! :)
That's not the point of the Noel Project--to keep people from posing! We were
hoping that our posting songs would *encourage* others to post theirs, too!
In fact, I personally LIKE to have different versions of the same song on my
playlist...so, *please!* post away!

Hope you will upload it! ;)

love this song but I have a problem.
It shows as corrupted data on my computer and won't play. What's wrong with it?

Entrancing.
Beautiful; so beautifully rendered and interpreted.
