Very nice. I especially like the trumpet and the Latin digital piano that
kicks in later, in fact, the second half really kicks. Hip, pro mix, tight
playing, great vocals. Great production. Best of luck with your CD!

So professional! This is excellent. I've always loved the sound of latin
music, but have very little experience with it - Santana and the Buena
Vista Social Club being my only real connections. I love the rhythms,
the language, the energy! This is such happy music - so hard to sit
still. Would love to learn more about how this was made. Blew my
socks off!!!!!!!!

thanks !! we started the projekt on a program called freestyle ( motu... on a
imac g3 os 9!!) to write all the arrangements...we then migrated to reason to
do the drum tracks then from reason to dp on a imac g4 os x !! here we
recorded all the live instruments tru motu 896 , like congas,piano, bass
vocals,horns and
some live drums ( snare and kick ) we mixed on dp and rest you have in front
of
you!! the whole band had a hand in the full production! i am very proud of
them! thanks for asking!

Latin rhythms and horns are always a winner. Although my little
experiments are on the opposite side of the spectrum, most of my time is
spent listening to jazz and world music. Without doubt, this is as fine a
song as they come. If the rest of the album is like this, you have a solid
winner.

although salsa is not my bag (too much mid range!) this track and its
rythym, beautifully produced, clean, pure salsa with pimiento, with the
real sunshine thrown in. 7-7-8-8. wow the percussion..... wish you
could do some percs on some of my tracks..... the overaying,
overlapping, underscoring, intermingling, overriding, intermeshing,
intramelding, megamesh of sounds and layers and rhythym.
