Squelchy evolving synth sounds cool. The drums are a bit thin; you could add another layer of big boomy drums on top and it would probably enhance the groove. Also, some long synth pad layers would contrast nicely with the current choppity sound. And of course, wailing guitar or synth leads would add some spicyness. Check out my latest song called Machine Man (w Beastie Boys)

Old Skool Electronica I like the simplicity of the beat. I agree with the guys though that you should go in and add a few more layers going in and out. |

Same sentiment of others... Sounded pretty repetitive when i just had it going as background music, BUT once I concentrated on it i really got into the groove! Id bring in something else to pull you into that groove and keep you there. |

so far i think maybe if you have the rhythem part go up in pitch somewhere near the beggining it would give a good sense of added emotion and change. it sounds a little repetitive, and could use some more layers of sound, and variations. have you thought about adding electric guitar? maybe some higher sounds to counter the low rhythem. i'm trying to learn how to create music like this because i find it an amazing art form that takes skill.
