Pablo Picasso &mdash 11/19/05 - 07:07:35 AM
was notorious for seeing some little thing in a painting and having to
change it. As one story goes, his last wife Jacqueline had a favourite
portrait he'd done of her that she would hide every time she went out
lest he notice a tiny untouched piece of canvas on it and use that as a
catalyst to completely re-work the entire painting.

This version is much more mellow than the previous post, but I'm sure
you already know that. I'm just as certain that there will be many who
prefer this one. But for me, the power that Betsy showed as she began
to assert her authority over the rest of the orchestra was a major hook
and as good as this version is, hope you don't mind if I stick with the
other one.

Thanks for posting &mdash 11/19/05 - 10:02:21 AM
That is fine, it is just that the oboe part on this one is far superior when
it gets to the lead guitars. My guitar levels where to hot.

But thanks for the info

I didn't hear the first version, but this one sure is beautiful. Your
composition skills seem to expand every day!

Didn't catch the previous version, but I'm glad a noticed this one.
Very beautiful.
The orchestra really creates a gorgeous background for Betsy.
Great.
