Feedback...
The ability to give feedback might be helped if you told us a little more
about what you are trying to do in this piece.... but as it is I'll give you
what I can... and I'll just assume that you have finished writing and
mixing because I don't know what you are thinking of doing with this
song otherwise.

First of all... the main guitar ( ? ) riff which is hear almost all through
the song is far too repetitive. Although it does change a little (use of a
different riff, I think you placed it further back in the mix at one point
and sped it up another), it is far too little. If you don't want to use
another riff in this song you have to do more with this one here.
Transpose it, invert it, play it in different instruments, pan it differently,
reverse it, use different effects... something because it very quickly
bored me hearing that one guitar line constantly and always with the
same sound panned dead center.

It sound like during the song you are trying to have contrasting
sections... as in one part sounds like its supposed to be loud and
dense and the part after sounds like its supposed to quieter and
sparser. However this just doesn't come through properly. If you are
actually trying to do this, I'd suggest trying to exaggerate those
difference and perhaps trying several techniques at once. For example
after a really full section with lots of sound and lots of bass, quickly
change it so just say the guitar and a drum track are playing and use a
highpass filter, so that section contrasts by only having 2 sounds and
no bass (and not much mid range) at all.

As far as the mix goes, I can barely hear any bass at all. And the mix
as a whole sounds a little flat and shallow (not much background/
foreground textures and not much happening in the stereo field).

That all being said, this certainly sounds like a track you could have
some fun with so good luck with the song.

Feedback...
im not sure what you mean by the comment "main guitar (?)"..yes,it is a
guitar, maybe that needs clarified to you, dont know.
as stated, the song is unmixed and was put out to fish for comments on style
rather than mix.
what are we trying to accomplish with this song?..well,who cares?,sometimes a
song just happens without any pre-concieved ideas about where it is going and
"what are we trying to say here with this song".Anyways thanks for the
comments,annyong however they may be.
