Lazy voter is a jack*ss imo. Did he even listen to this? Ok here goes. It's
a bit long but that doesn't work against this song it actually fuels it. One
has to listen to the different layers and what's happening.. (maybe he
listened on his crap laptop speakers and then I could understand the
substandard rating due to his substandard sound) There is some wierd
stuff happening in this one while keeping the steady rhythm (dare I say
somewhat P.Gabrielish). I would like more layers while maybe less with
the distorted guitar type sound that dominates. maybe keep a more even
keel or note with that. Otherwise I find it haunting especially in the dark
and at loud volume. I'm thinking between 7-8 on this but I will vote
higher to offset that stupid voter that gave you 4's and 5's.

i truly dig the floaty sensations and textures,
the layers add to a creepy feeling of being lost in a jungle..
or maybefloating on top of lots of trees in a dream...
i meditate alot and definately am in aprreciation of the depth and atmosphere this track gives off.

So this is what an aphid band sounds like - cool. (Although I imagined with ahpids there would be more sucking sounds.) I'm guessing it's different watching it with a visual (the film) than it is as a purely imaginative piece. I like the way the "beat" picks up as the piece comes to a conclusion. Will you be exploring other insect groups as well?

in fact I downloaded it myself. This is really beautiful and it creates a very spacious atmosphere. As a song, it seems pretty linear, but it would make an incredible background to put a more conventional song over. As an ambient piece of music it stands on its own, but side-by-side with conventional songs it is difficult to rate this, hence the lack of votes. Beautiful work and very pro!
