Hi Bill Ya, I should post to the forum about it when the time is right. Now I am just getting used to it's power. I feel the sound is clearer, and am getting more clarity in the bass notes But I am also trying to work the treble mic further away from the bridge so the 6th and 5th strings are cleaner and include more treble in the sound of those strings. --- <a href="http://cdbaby.com/cd/furnerbill">Latest CD Check out my latest song called The Bluebird Cafe (with two other guest)

Not Fair It seems as if you have been pumping out these christmas songs, like you can go sit down whenever you feel, record yourself, and bam, you have an excellent song :) You have some great talent. I'm liking this christmas collection. Ben Check out my latest song called Dessert Parade

You've done it again! Hi Bill, Why is it that when an accomplished musician like yourself makes it sound so easy to do, it inspires us to play as well, but when we pick up our axe it lies dead in our hands? Always enjoy listening to you. 10's across the board for this one! Rick Check out my latest song called Picture of Perfection (MJRF)

You are the Mac Daddy! Wow - Merry Christmas - keep them coming If you lived in Minnesota I would hire you out to teach me better guitar. I love the ease and your folk style. I hope you are using your gift and talent to inspire others as you have here on Macjams! Blessings. |

You are the Mac Daddy! Thanks engler21, some of the ease part helps when I bought my Santa Cruz acoustical guitar. It is a bit easier to play than the Takamine I use d for fingerpicking. Now I just use it for slide work cause I had the nut and bridge rasied. Thanks so much --- <a href="http://cdbaby.com/cd/furnerbill">Latest CD Check out my latest song called The Bluebird Cafe (with two other guest)

Another great performance Tiler, you just keep knockin' them outta the park! This is beautiful. Gorgeous sound, and those golden fingers of yours, as always, coax an uncompromising joy out of the strings. Put me right in the Christmas mood. Check out my latest song called Nellie G.

Can't keep up with you, Bill... ...too many tunes to listen to... This one has nods to Fahey in the ragtimey feel under the traditional tune.. Tone and recording nice as always... Ed Check out my latest song called Next Time Around (w/jiguma)

Nice you make this sound so easy, but still everytime I pick up a guitar I think: "Which one of these long metally bits plays A?" So I'm gonna leave the guitarplaying to you guitar players. Then everybody'll be happy. Excellent work. Check out my latest song called Good Things Come in Fours

Hot Good idea to make this into an uptempo, almost ragtimey song. Makes it stand out from any others and puts a lot of your original stuff in there. Impeccable playing as usual! Check out my latest song called Strange Feeling

I haven't comment on a tack for a hile as just typing 'That's totally
fantastic' every time doesn't add very much. But, heck, this tune is just
that.
I love the huge sound. Perhaps you'd like to tell us more about the
preamp you chose in the forums and for what reasons - for of us using
whatever happens to be built in to their audio interface or mixer.
