Fun! &mdash 12/07/05 - 01:30:24 AM
Very engaging song, fun to listen to - makes me wanna dance! I really
like the layering of beats and repeated elements. Everything flows
together really well. Great use of pauses and breaks. Excellent beat.

Sock it TUMi &mdash 12/07/05 - 03:59:54 PM
This song is full of whimsy while carrying a full spectrum of sound. I
can tell you had fun with it. I recognize that TUMi loop halfway
through. I used it myself in early cuts of my club song but later
replaced it with some chords built from scratch in the MIDI editor.
Why? That particular TUMi "disco" look sounds too decayed to me.

Love the title of your comment. Just got the TUMi Samples and thought why not
use them. Thanks for the comment.

I meant to type: That particular TUMi "disco" loop sounds too decayed to me.
Here is that same TUMi "disco" chord progression as I rebuilt it from scratch:

Engaging is right &mdash 12/07/05 - 05:43:49 PM
I was thinking the same thing even before I read Dena's comment. I can
tell you that I really enjoyed this. There was very good balance and nice
structure. As the song didn't seem repetitive in nature it did a wonderful
job keeping my attention.

To my ears a lot electronica comes across as a series of random
noises...not the case here. Excellent song!

I like the strings &mdash 12/08/05 - 07:12:16 AM
The strings mixed with the electronica is really cool. This never gets
boring. It also has some good calm synth parts too.

hmmm &mdash 12/13/05 - 05:31:36 PM
sounds like I'm sitting in an upscale martini lounge in Dupont Circle, DC. Anything that you get you into the fell of another place must be pretty well done! Although it's not the typical music that I listen to, I can still appreciate it. Funny thing is that one of the GB loops that you are using I used in the first song I made on Mac, only it was an Industrial/Metal song. Interesting how each person has such a different take on how music comes together.

along to this track.Great vocal FX. Especially like the drum breaks toward the middle. Effective use of refrains. Thanks for the tune. D/L'd
