Description:
I was on this dream island, Tobago, and my friends told me about this beautiful town. The road curved around these vine covered coral walls, it swept down a steep hill, the road ended at the glassy still sea. In the distance we could hear one lone steel drum. On this island the steel drum (pan music) is the sport and pride of towns and the people. Huge steel drum bands are formed representing towns and neighborhoods. At the town center this lone pan player was practicing, surounded by townspeople. They were all making suggestions as to how he should embellish or accentuate some part of the tune he was playing. My friends and I milled around in the crowd in total awe. The music had drawn us there. The pan man spotted our little white faces in the crowd winked at us and with a big grin disreguarded the peanut gallery and just began sharing his music. Dis song is for all de pan musicians on Tobago mon.

Yea, I'm transported to that place you visited. Sounds like music is very
much a part of daily living there. I like that. I think St. Paul, MN should
be brimming with spontaneous music. Maybe I'll get something started
here. Sometimes, during my two-block work to and from work, I sing
or play harmonica. Not sure anyone has been listening. I'll start singing
and playing louder, with abandon. Maybe get a steel drum with
shoulder strap. Thanks for the inspiration, mon.

A real honor to stoke you out Ally-oop I am a big fan of yours. I think Lost
in Space is a masterpiece. Caring for the least of us makes the best of us.
Gotta get back to Tobago.

Nice chilled out groove! The description does help set the scene for the
music very nicely. Good stuff.

Dig the Hush Puppies too.

Great descriptioni to accompany the song. It really brings out the
sunshine and coconut oil and wonder of the steel drum soul on the
island. Beautiful!

Very cool logo, too
