Description:
My first MG upload for ages.... very busy times at work seem to drain my creative energies!
Anyway, this offering is a swing/cool jazz tune that's been in my head for years but I've only just found the right drum loops to fit in with what I had in mind. Also, I've just acquired my first bass guitar and wanted to lay down my own walking bass line rather than resort to the midi keyboard.

Any comments gratefully received.

My instrumental skills are quite limited so If any jazz fiends out there would be interested in contributing a solo to the empty section (especially sax, trumpet, piano) then I'd love to hear from you
cheers
Phil

Smooth, man... &mdash 12/19/05 - 12:14:04 AM
....sweet fret-work on both axes, I was able to sit back and really enjoy this one. Would've liked to have heard a little more warmth in the guitar tones - other than that, cheers!

thanks for the comment Dreadmon. Yes, I guess the guitar tone could be a bit warmer... maybe I'll have a go at tweaking it. glad you enjoyed it.
