Description:
Well, here's my next tune in the "other/broken machine" genre. This may be one of my last in the genre as the novelty has worn off. It was fun and there are still some non-finished tunes that could always be released some time in the future.

Hey DoofBall (can I call you that? lol) Anyway, I gotta say I have a lot of
respect for ya; I was purusing through your loooong list of tunes...I see
a lot of me in you in terms of composing style. I was surprised that
you had songs that scored as low as in the 4's, but yet you have songs
that merit over 7-8 pts and it kinda set me back because in your case,
your list of songs exhibited a serious progression! I'm not exactly a
mix-master either, because I don't play an instrument (I dunno if you
do either, but anyhow) so I understand how people can have a bia
against pure loop-based music. I by no means consider myself a true
musician for what I do in GB; it's merely a hobby. But yet I do feel that
a great deal of artistic license (I am an artist after all >:P) and creativity
are needed to produce a good song, be it loop-based or with
instruments. Make what you think sounds good, right? I just think it's
great that you developed your own composing style, and your list of
songs here shows that growth and determination to have a lock on the
software and the knack for listening to what sounds good and what
doesn't. So like I was saying, I kinda feel like that i a sense that my
first song was only a minute and some-odd secs. long (and didn't
sound half-bad) so I thought 'okay, what else can I do with this?' so I
started just like you, making several 1-2 min. songs with just a few
loop instruments, experimenting with sounds and styles...lol it kinda
grew into an obsession (that's why I'm here) Before I knew it, I wanted
to see how far I could push myself and make an entire loop-based
album in GB...nothing fancy, but just a few songs that show my passion
for rock and techno with a few 'added extras'...Anyway, sorry to write
so much, but I wanna say keep up the awesome work and do your
thang! Lemme know if you wanna listen to some of my tunes! TTYL!

some great sounds in here. im loving the drums. there's a nice woosh sound to it in parts. nice to here loop based music that sounds unique for a change. you seem to spend alot of time on the pieces i've heard so far.
