Description:
It's been a over a year since I last submitted a song--I just don't have enough time to devote to the craft...

That being said, this latest project has a timely Christmas theme, a song that I wrote more than four years ago for a dance my wife performed. It's a view of Christmas from the eyes of a child.

I'm not necessarily happy with the vocals, but I still consider this song still to be a draft (because I really envision a child's voice singing this song, actually). Any comments & feedback welcomed.

Oh, and Merry Christmas to the MacJams community!

someone who's really famous now! ;) When I find a child's voice that I like, I'll
have to recruit them for the job...

Love it! This is a very sweet song and very timely. You can have a lot of fun with the arrangements in this one, I'm hearing a whole chorus of children at the end (you probably already thought about that.) And you have a very nice voice! If this is the kind of music that you write, you ought to make more time to devote to the craft, you've got a real gift!

Hey, thanks for the encouragement. Yeah--I wish I had more time to devote
to this end. My job, my family, etc. all conspire against that--and there are
times that I really have to pull all-nighters just to accomplish something.
Glad I'm still young (at heart).

I've thought about the children's chorus idea, too. Glad you confirmed, also.
We'll see...
