loops used on this were good I've used several of these loops myself as a 'bed' for vocal work. The transitions aren't always as smooth as they might be if you were playing the piano yourself, of course, but I think matching loops and ending a song convincingly are the two biggest challenges composers face when writing a loops only composition. You went for the fade, I see. Anyway, this IS a relaxing piano piece, and very pleasant to listen to. Check out my latest song called What a Friend We Have in Jesus

Excellent The use of intruments really spoke to me. I sorta drifted off listening to it! I think some lyrics would go really nicely with that. It really spoke to me. there is a lot of feeling and emotion and the use of dynamics was used extremely well. It is a great use of loops. i thought about using these myself but i much prefer writing my own stuf. I think lyrics would give this song a boost. But it depends what sort of vocals you use. a nice soft female vocal would work well but i think a it would be nice to contrast a little with a male vocal thats sort of soft but has an edge to it. |
