Lyrics
I ask for mercy lay down my faith
In return for a lifetime of sun and rain
but I dont know when this road will end
or if i will see you again my friend...

So why you lookin at me with puppy dog eyes?
Will you take me home where I shall rise
to the singin of a bird travellin around my heart
been a very long time now lets make a new start - move over - don't slow me down

Some restitution of the soul I seek
No more anxiety no longer weak
I'll dance in the dawn of day
From which I was born
I was found in the summertime
And lost In the storm

Crackin' good!
A perfect example of how you don't need the most expensive equipment,
just a great hook and the ability to sing and play in tune! Nice!

Crackin' good!
I try and sing in tune but have to admit 9 times out of ten am flat and have
to record it again and again and again till it's right or as close as I can
get.Dylan never had that trouble I'll bet.Don't know why but sounds right in
American accent - Dylan,Tom Waits.I've got an english Birmingham accent
and it just sounds blummin awful singing in that - even Ozzy Osbourne
never sings in Brummy!

nice
It was 20 pounds - I bought it so I could tie a bootlace to it,sling it over my
back and cycle over the moors to a special tree where no-one cares if
your getting drunk or not.Its a good place for inspiration - I don't live there
anymore unfortunately but you go to a place called Pelsall in
Staffordshire,Britain, over the canal bridge by the royal oak pub, left down a
rough track over another bridge then keep going till you reach a stile then
follow the edge of the field until you reach a big oak tree. Then under the
barbed wire on the other side of the trunk is the perfect place to watch the
sun go down over the ex-landfill site. Its near the village but no-one goes
there at night because of strange musicians they might meet.

Nice
Really nice! I have listened three of your tunes now and discovered how
many-sided you are. And all three of these pieces show great
musicianship and interesting compositions!

Hey out there
You are a true musician... like you need me to tell you... but There are a very few MJ'rs who seem to have a minstral/troubadore soul... I think I would put you with those... this technoligy has nothing to do with what your doing... if this was 200 years ago, you would still be making music... and quite well I might add

Always good...
...to go way back. This is another good 'un. I agree with the comments Scott made - this is just good music, un-requiring of modern technology - but it's rather convenient that it exists!

I love your voice on this - reminds me of all sorts, but Nick Drake is coming to mind (although this is a bit happier than most of his stuff).

Ok, good. Moving on....
