Lyrics
alarm stabs
broken sleep
sun down
good morning
synapse misfire
got no shadow
loaded stimulants
wired second self

ephedrin iv
grain shimmering
ghostly nomads irritate really need to sleep
limbs go numb
tv stammers
disinfo tied in knots
hang paid insomniacs

forced from the places in between
turn nocturne ragman into be
forced from the places in between
change nocturne ragman into me

am i awake
i don't know if i am

and the feeling is the same

am i awake
i don't know if i am

fed into magnetic cocoon
hearing waves glide in the room

am i awake
i dont know if i am

and out of fear hearts will fail

Defying catagories
Very creative, very well done. Way out of the genres in which I compose,
but it's done so well that it doesn't matter. I can still appreciate it because
it's a high quality song.

This is impressive.

very interesting choice of sounds.well structured.i think maybe the drums could have beat alittle harder in parts to add to the dramma and suspense .otherwise very nice tune..

Freaky...
...but strangely hypnotic.

A nice contrast to your hardcore rock tracks.

Pretty darn cool.

Psychedelic relic
Whoaa..late sixties with a contemporary twist. Bonus points for originality. Well crafted and performed.

...forced from the places in between
turn nocturne ragman.....Very tasty focal hook there

Cool changes throughout. Awesome job

I love the frequent ambiguity to what the key actually is (if there is
one). It gives a very nice contrast between the verses and the chorus
when the singing starts to be tuned and the bass line becomes more
obvious... although the guitar line is still halfway there enough to be a
little confusing. In the same respect, I quite enjoy the first bridge with
the detuned piano along with the bass still on the verge of being out of
tune but still clutching at cohesion.

Nice sound bed too... stylistically very electronic (still is something I'm
working on, not thinking of electronic music as a band). I aggree that
the drums could be little more prominant.... also remember than
anyone using anything except headphones, won't really be able to hear
the change in stereo position with those bass drum beats... bass
frequencies are less directional.... so to be heard properly in anything
other than headphones you have to exaggerate them alittle more than
you origially intended.

I'll say it again, I like the drifting between ambiguity and tonality.
Great track!
