Yeah man, like I said, I really can't rap that and keep up unless I really slow
down the bars in each line. When a bunch of us were sitting around listening
to music and instrumentals one time, I put the track on. I kicked a freestyle to
it but couldn't really keep up for too long. Marc did also (the third MC on
Holistik's "We Ain't Scared" track), but also, he had trouble keeping up. Carson
then kicked a wicked freestyle to it. Keep in mind the kid has been working on
hitting the beats at all the right timing, he can rap real fast to it. He freestyled
this almost completely flawless and the end of his verse hooked everyone
listening, well, Becky and I at least. He finished rapping with 6 intense lines
about being a suicidal bomber for truth blowing away government buildings
with a bomb attached to his chest (he didn't say that EXACTLY, but something
to that affect) Fast enough with just the right amount of shock to make you go
whoa! It was presented at perfect timing with the beat.
Anyway, seems I got off track, I only meant to say that yeah, my other friends
have also said I should try and send my beats off to video game developers.
They compare some of them to what you might hear in a video game. Better
then hearing my cousin (who plays guitar in a band) say it sounds like
something you'd hear in a porno flick, I still thought that was funny tho.

At first I was impressed by the bass; it's very strong and pleasing, but, now I think it's _too_ strong. Subtlety is mo' better, surely.
Good, interesting mix, but it's missing something (vocals). That is, it keeps from getting boring by virtue of the flute bit and the variations in melody, but, it's only a loop and neads vocals to be worth listening to repeatedly.
