Description

Two bluegrass influenced tunes which I usually play coupled with tunes by other people but which I brought together here - largely to test out my new mic. Actually this is the first time I've managed to record my acoustic fiddle on GB.

The first tune I composed last year and it's in honour of the River Medway which is tidal for much of its length and very very muddy. The second tune I composed about 15 years ago and the George referred to in the title is father to 'Dubya'...

	Great tone, great tune Lots of fun and energy! It sounds cleanly recorded... not sure if the mix is a little hot in the high midrange, maybe others can add their opinion. SO far - bloody marvellous - instant reaction from me is 11 out of 10 - but then I'm a crazy folky hobo.Best part is I can just about hear your foot tappin and its that sense of rhythm makes my foot start tappin.I could easily get arrested for dancing to this! LOVED IT!! MORE! MORE! * me clapping after everyone else has finished *
