This one is best listened to with eyes closed at a moderate volume. Much
easier to pick out the interesting little nuances. Okay- so I don't listen to
a lot of dance/ club music so I wouldn't say I'm qualified to critique this
musically. What I can say is that the first thing that struck me was the
bass sounding synth that was used throughout the song... I thought this
was a great anchor in which to wrap the other sounds around- it brought
all the texures together nicely. Cool song and a nice, relaxing listen.

heheh- well, at least I'm consistent. And yes, I am listening to more and more of

I like that bloopy, phasing moog like thing especially. Very nice to listen to, and really laid back on the pulse, for a dance tune. Sounds very spacious and futuristic.

Very emotive electronica which is without a doubt the hardest thing to do
---conveying emotion via synths. I also like the seemingly everchanging
percussives. Nice smooth feel to the track.

Under this is done well like the moog and the phrasing. The mix is
nice relaxing and mellow. I think the dance genre in good almost

i like to put it in the dance/club genre as not to limit my potential audience, but

This piece has a very nice and relaxed feel to it, theres nothing grating
happening here, everything is just calm and peaceful. I like it how
you've mucked around with the placement of the percussive parts,
keeps it interesting. The production is quite nice, its spacey, its got a
lot of depth and nothing is clashing with anything else.

However, my main gripe is that this piece really feels to me as if its
going to do something more than it has. Although a change in the
chord progression... or change in melody... what I really wanted in this
piece was some moments of greater energy. Some stronger more
persistant percussion and some more rhythmic elements in general. It
wouldn't have to be loud nessicarily... its just that my first listen (and
subsequent times I guess) I kept expecting the drums to take off a
little... so the piece had some space to come back to the more ambient
texture.

I like the sound and the feel of this... but I really want the piece to go
just a little bit further at times.

one thing oyu did in your track that i haven't managed to do is build-up style
fills that keep the song cohesive. that will be my next feat, and i'll have you to
credit for it.

A good, wide, spacey mix. Great synth sounds thoughout give it a lot of
good, interesting textures. Nice use of the percussion throughout. Lot's of
depth to the mix. Nicely done.

Dude, I am so sorry that it's taken me so long to take advantage of a
pleasure to get to hear your music, while being supportive.

And worse, I had listened to this just before bed one night and can
remember how relaxing it was to have the two speakers at the head of
my bed, and how this piece was a nice lullaby for me after a stressful
evening. And even worse yet, the first thing I did the next morning was
to go, oh, I need to download that tune before I forget.

This is very creative and obviously, it soothes my soul. Not many can
do that... - I like that. I also remembered that I wanted to put out to
you, that if you'd be interested, and when the timeing is right, would
consider collabing w/ me. I think that we could make a most excellent
little groove thing. Anyhow, thanks for even considering.

And thanks for this tune too. As well, thanks for supporting me in the
way that you have. I'm truly sorry for not noticing how consistent you

In a good way, I mean. I found myself really surfing on this piece. My only complaint is that it seems to find a new and very interesting energy only moments before it ends. I'd love to have more of that.

i love the deep, complicated synth bass, it really adds texture, and also the thin and sharp high bassey thing which i cant name but it sounds good lol. the pattern of notes is so good, and it is emotional. the only thing is to add vocals and a drumbeat, as it feels like it is building up to something but then doesn't. Otherwise a really good track!

This isn't my field, so i'm certainly no authority figure here, but I'm totally impressed with what you've done here. the whole composition is brilliant. Well thought out, executed and arranged.
I read in your details that you use a VF80. Some of my stuff was recorded with the same, but I was never satisfied with with the results I got from it. everythibg i've heard of yours sounds nice and clean. Mine's broken now anyway, which is why I bought my mac, got into garageband, and ended up here.
I'm glad I found this.
