Description:
yesterday i attended the funeral of Alex Ross. she was a vibrant, talented and shining light that was taken from us after only sixteen short years. the celebration that was dedicated to her life filled me with memories of my father who was left us six short months ago. my father, Phillip Lewis, loved people, music, art and poetry - his favourite poet was Rudyard Kipling. so this is my first tribute to my daddy. i hope you enjoy it as much as he would have.

and.... the accent is meant to be cornish!!! any welsh is purely coincidental!!!

type show.

a great way to celebrate people who although no longer with us are never
that far away, moving, heartfelt and compelling.

However, I am glad your outlet can be shared with all of us here, who care about you and are graced by your emotion. This read is fascinating, truly professional sounding. My grandmother used to talk just like that. She was from Somerset,

Caroline, but I was reminded of Pam Ayers… it's the accent, I'm
afraid. It also reminds me of Kenneth Williams. Honestly, I mean
both of these as compliments – you have the delivery and timing
of the masters. We listen because we love you, Caroline, but we
feel so strongly about your reading and tell you about it because
it's that good and that powerful. Sorry for your loss.

You put the dark into stormy nights! Excellently read with an accent
which stayed firmly in the West Country... Sad to hear of the reasons
behind you choosing to perform this poem but you bought a smile to my
