Description:
joyfully lose yourself in the unknown 11.
Lyrics:
don't speak too much
they won't think that your well
yet they never know
just how hard I fell
and if she makes you happy
and you've learned to laugh
run leopard run
never look back
tell me what true is and that there's nothing to prove
that I have no need to sell myself to you
I've spent too much time wishing I was someone else
falling, stalling, calling
I've spent too much time wishing I was someone else
tell me what true is and that there's nothing to prove
that I have no need to sell myself to you
come cross the lifeless plain with me we'll set them free
let the mending begin watch the sad turn rusty

Oh, you are so good. This is a great track from you guys. Also cool new website you have got. Congratulations on that! Hope you are doing great with your music. This is a very energic piece of music. It grabs me straight away, and keeps me interested all the way.
It reminds me a little of the foo fighters (if they had a good day, of course).
Big fan here:)
D/L of course, and will be a gem in my box of favourites. [ Reply to This ]

This was very enjoyable and rocking. I like the electro bleeping in there, and the bridgelike section and into the middle of the song is great!! Great song art too. [ Reply to This ]

guitar playing here... really solid stuff. Full on with those

Killer thick guitar sound. I picked up a PreSonus BlueTube on your suggestion and have loved it, great for guitar and vocals.
Love the texturing. Gotta pick up your CD.

Very happy that you dig the Presonus Bluetube. I also use it on my
condensor mics when I'm using them for overheads on a drum kit....and
the thing is killer for bass as well. For vocals I usually put the drive knob
to 12 o'clock and the gain between 10 and 12 o'clock. Hey I wonder if I
could get commision from Presonus from your sale?.?.?. LOL Thanks for
the kind words on the tune as well....FALO COMING SOON!!!!

A great trip &mdash 02/21/06 - 03:25:09 PM
This is wonderful stuff, man - where to start? I love everything about it - would love to hear your vocals up more in the mix - otherwise, this is off the chain, sick and I love the lyrics. You've captured a great journey in this one tune, Spring! [ Reply to This ]
Production &mdash 02/24/06 - 02:51:05 PM
Even if you don't like the genre (which I do), you still have to love the production value. This sounds great! Being a guitarist, I look for really good guitar tone and how it's recorded. This sounds really good. Curious as to how you laid down the guitar tracks? [ Reply to This ]
Production &mdash 02/25/06 - 10:45:29 AM
Some of the guitars were ran direct through some pedals(Boss DD5 delay, Vox
wah, Small Stone Phaser,Boss HM-2 ) then through a zoom 606 using the
Bright Combo amp model. The other guitars we're sent through similar pedals
then through a modified 1973 Marshall 50 watt head running through a 1993
Ampeg 4-12 loaded with Vintage 30's. A single SM57 was used for miking.
Guitars used were my 1995 seafoam green Strat with single coil pickups and
Ratcliffe's 1994 Paul Reed Smith with humbuckers....
