guitar and vocal. The former clear and crisp. The latter beautifully
executed (Michael Stipe-ish in places). I really like the vocal harmonies a
lot.

You write very compelling songs. You sing great. The chorus is very cool. Solid guitar playing. Lyrics are quite poetic. The over all mix sounds a bit bright. lacking bottom end. I'd didn't understand the 'three sides of a pyramid' line.As a line that is repeated often, I was thinking the metaphor had to do with the ever-lastingness of the pyramid in the context of an ever-lasting relationship and the relationship in the song didn't last. But you are two people, hmmm...am I missing someting? Don't get me wrong, I like your writing and I like that you are thinking about the lyrics. You ever listen to Macjam artist jonx? That guy is a simply an amazing lyrics writer. I listen to his songs over and over. He's a lyricist worth studying.

Thanks for your words Alley, The three sides of a Pyramid metaphor has to do
with the notion that when two things are connected, be it spiritually or
emotionally, they make up more than the sum, in this case it would be two
people making up the whole of a three sided pyramid. I know I may be
stretching but it just sounded cool. Anyway, thanks for caring enough to ask
and keep on strummin!
