Hi!

This song is great fun! I love the fast string quartet loops, and you're right to make a feature of them. The problem with strings of that nature is that it is VERY difficult to find drums to fit and is also extremely difficult to craft a song or track around them. You should perhaps have slowed it downa bit, pinned the groove down a bit more and constructed mopre of song around them with an audatious use of chord changes.

I thought the drums were good, but lacked "snap" (which is what helps to pin the groove down.

All that being said, you're clearly VERY creative, and you should definitely explore this kind of genre.

As far as genre is concerned, it a strange mixture of Berlin Nu-Jazz and R'n'B. Keep going!

thanks for the comment. This was actually my 2nd attempt at GB ever i just had
it in my computer all this time, and finally had a reason to put it up.

I know what you mean about the strings being hard to find drums for. I like how
it turned out but it could be better in many aspects.

This is by far my favorite Mix Master Greezy song. It is very good, but like the two guys before me said it is missing something I don't know what. Since we live in the same house we should do a song together. You every thought about that.
