Lyrics
Met you on a virtual corner
Where my particle finally met your wave
Just a quarter in the profile sorter
And I met you in 2-D

Now I'm knowing all your dimensions

How lucky and unlikely
We could both be
Wonder how it happened
It's agaisnt the odds
To re-meet after a hundred million miles of living

Before our light was even faded
Before we shifted all our gears
We sensed the same directions
A spirit drove us here

And I'm so glad it was you and I'm so glad it's now, let's keep on driving for another million miles

And find all of loves encarnations as we fade away...

Some thoughts
I like your voice - it has a kind of Ani DiFranco quality, but I'm not sure
I like the heavy effects on your voice(es). The lyrics are interesting and
clever, but sometimes get jumbled in the singing/speaking. Some
lyrics get lost. The guitar has a nice sound, but I wish it were not
placed quite so far to the left. So - there are some things I like & don't
like about this piece, but it is a very interesting first post. Welcome to
MacJams!

Interesting
I really liked the tune; however I agree with everything Tom said. Perhaps using a straight "telephone" effect on your voice w/o delay would set the mood a bit better. You have a nice voice, and I like the spoken parts of the song. Thanks for posting!

very intimite
Although I also agree with all previous comments, the song has a wonderful intimite feeling. Great lyrics as well. Glad you joined.

Great
Great! Original and personal! Gives a very close feeling, like being there ...
invited in the process...

Like it a lot!

Way cool
Your song is very very compelling. I love the dreamy nature. I enjoy that it is unique sounding. I like your voice, I like the effects, The vocals need more space in areas, just to let them breath more. Great job!

Nice one!
Like the lyrics a lot. Melancholic voice. The whole thing could be much better, if it was recorded and mixed a bit clearer.

Gets my vote!

Very trippy...
OK--I'm not sure if its my headphones, or your production, but I'm
getting some distortion that sounds like pegged-out levels. This is a
very cool song and I wish you clean that distortion up...you've got a
wonderful, unique voice.

Good ideas
but production problems. I liked the effects on your voice on this one and they seemed appropriate but why was the guitar way off to one side. Also, I thought I caught some clipping on your lead toward the end. This is another of your tunes where I think a re-mix could do wonders for it.

And I want to emphasize again that I think you've got good ideas and your voice is beautiful. It's just that the ideas need more polish in the production. Be sure to check for clipping when you're recording, tho'. That'll kill any vocal and there's no way to correct it other than re-recording the track.
