dig it Hey, man. Great soulful sing as usual. Overal, I like the tune; the melody, lyrics, your singing, the guitar are sweet. The mix could use some work. I agree with Heidi that the bass is too strong. I was listening with headphones and and it was really pounding too much. I'd imagin that with speakers and a subwoofer the whole thing would have bottomed out. The snare hit is just a little to piercing, maybe too much upper mid and treble. I didn't care for the synth voice you used. It had an irritating tone to it and somehow seemed ever so slightly sharp in pitch. You have such a great classic sould style and a voice as good as the best I know of. I'd just like to hear the mix balalanced out better. Check out my latest song called From Nothing

CR Way to rock it out - nice groove and very cool vocals - just right for this kind of mellow soul. I could visualize myself back in the day jammin to this tune till the early morn. Very nice title too. Best of luck with this my friend. Check out my latest song called Lillte Sally Suzie

It's a nice groovy piece i really like.
I'd say the bass is quite overpowering throughout the song.
The vocal will stand out a bit more, if the bass gets turned down.
Thanks for sharing! cheers!
