Description:
This a 20 years old song I recorded in Italy on a Tascam 4 track cassette recorder.
I played/programmed all the instruments and Francesca sang.
We called this duo "De Nada, Thank You", in memory of a nice shot in the "Il nome della rosa" movie.
I transfered it from the stereo master tape (just a metal cassette) and I processed (very little) the sound in GarageBand.
I plan to record a new 21th century version of this song and I am also open to collaborations.

Lyrics:
Lyrics were composed by Francesca. They are a bit obscure (for those who understand italian), I believe. Nevertheless, I love them since they evoke a lot of metaphors and allegories.

Hardware:
Fender telecaster, Fender Jazz bass, Casio CZ-101, Roland TR505 Tascam cassette 4 track (I don't remember the model). Don't remember the mic.
The mixdown was made at a semi-professional studio where the voice was recorded live.

Software:
GarageBand + built-in effects + mda stereo processor.

Nice swinging almost reggae jazz tune. My favorite part is
the bridge, where you rock into a different style. You
should post a translation of the lyrics, they sound
fascinating.
