Nice Tune &mdash 03/02/06 - 07:39:11 PM
Really liked this track, similar genre to some of my tracks. Cracking tune.
Like the rewind in the middle.

Look forward to future Tracks.

female vocals &mdash 03/02/06 - 08:14:38 PM
would probably work well with female vocals like alannah's or someone. it's got a real mellow feel to it that would be nice with soothing vocals. the break near the middle i think is a little to quiet, it sounds out of place slightly, just a tad tho. i do like how the volume difference adds though. its got a spacey feel. would be a good template for a collab.

Thanks for your constructive feedback. I also had female vocals in mind-maybe
something Kate Bush-like. It is a first draft and I am hoping to put vocals down
soon.

and mellow. I love Peter Gabriel's music, and I can hear some hints of his mellower stuff in here. The beat is funky, and I dig the synthy stuff going on behind it. I agree with the female vocals idea; Kate-Bush-like is a good approach. Enjoyable pop soundscape you've made here!

yes -- this is nice . . . &mdash 03/08/06 - 09:37:59 PM
this reminds me more of the cocteau twins than anything else -- I am
finding I really appreciate the possibilities for this work -- -- the
possibilities are endless -- i agree with some of the other comments
about the middle interlude -- I probably would have gone an octave up
and done some funn work with a brass arp. However, you have a really
nice melody going on with some real depth to it -- very nicely done :)
