Description:
In Memory of my grandmother - Audrey Hishon.

Lyrics:
like a robot yeah
me smile yeah
me nod yeah
too much like Andy Warhol

can't even let myself cry
can't even say goodbye
with rings are her fingers
and bells on her toes
she shall have music
wherever she goes

long gone but not gone long
dream of knowing who you are
where you are
and where'd everybody go
don't anybody know
where'd everybody go

and i and i and i forgot to cry
i guess this is goodbye
where does the time go
where did the love go
where did you go
where did you go

you've gone to blloomingdales on a shopping trip
looking for a big fat diamond ring for liz taylors finger
me cry

very creative piece &mdash 03/13/06 - 01:43:27 PM
I was captured by the honnesty of this song. Wonderful lyrics for sure. Maybe it could use some more variety in the instruments. An bridge perhaps and some stops to keep the attention more alive. Anyway, I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for this.

Not Much Help, Probably &mdash 03/17/06 - 10:57:06 PM
But, with the Energy and Lilt of this Vocal preset, I might listen to the
singing of the Manhattan phone book. Great mic-ing and Intimacy
with the Vocal front.

I Dig the presentation, but, clearly, there is all sorts of room to Jack the
Music Bed to Favor or Contrast the outstanding Vocal.

Production Level is Very Cool - Crisp, Fresh, and Clean, just as is.

A Fine Listen. Lucky find for me, I forget what I was looking for when I
found this Turn of the Head. Cool. Appreciated.

Regards,
Cooper

Great open feel! &mdash 03/18/06 - 03:36:23 PM
Nice phrasing. Syncopations.

I really like it.

The shallows, depths and the triggers. It odd how it takes time to see
the pieces people are to us.

A friend of mine passed on this week. I am waiting for my
response...tonite I will play for him, that should do it.

Nice lyrics!! &mdash 03/21/06 - 09:40:28 PM
I enjoyed listening to this! For me it was a sad, and happy tune at the
same time (I know that probably sounds weird) The lyrics made me think
of people that are no longer in my life, but the upbeat tempo made me
think of the good memories. Thanks for sharing this!!
