For Kris

Description
This is a song I wrote for my boyfriend, Kris for our 1 year anniversary. It had been in my mind for a while before I wrote it, and we couldn't afford to do much for that particular milestone in our relationship, so I sat down at the keyboard and pumped out this tune. Now we are nearing our 2 year anniversary and I have no idea what to get for him!

gift of music
A wonderful gift in my book... and this is a beautiful, slowly building
piece that seems to encompass the gentle tenderness and the vast
reaches of a great relationship. Kampai/kanbei/cheers for Anniversary

beautiful gift
This is, at once, a delicate and powerful piece. Tender love can move
mountains. The composition flows well. It is a much needed break from
the incessant, pounding cadence of exigencies.

Lovely
Very enjoyable listen. This is a nice gift, make another one this year :) My music tends to feature, well, the incessant pounding cadence of exigencies, you might say; gentle and pretty music like this is like a foreign language to me. It sounds great, and I enjoy listening to it, but I have no understanding of it... so my only suggestion is: sounds great, stay the course!

Yeah, this works
It's amazing how lightly touching a few keys can immediately evoke such a strong emotion. This is a really powerful piece; you really can feel the emotion behind it. I love the simplicity in this. Often gandioseness is mistaken for talent, when in fact a great song is great no matter how it is played. Good work here, thanks for posting.

Much of my music consists of my own vocals and/or keyboarding. Once in a while you will come across a song made solely of loops or both. My earlier music has more of a classical/ambient sound and my newer stuff has been leaning toward more of an i... [see more]
