Walk Down N Ride

[Explicit]

Description
'Walk Down N Ride' is an evolution of my song 'Walk Down' Featuring a conglomerate of vocals from Aris Ziagos and Rachel Newman. The theme is clashing statements of sexual empowerment, leading to a "come and get it" hard rock guitar duet chorus. The lyrics may be somewhat hard to read, the vocal lines overlap and never quite the same way twice.

Lyrics
::Male::
So long it's been
Since I've felt anything that wasn't a lie

::Female::
My only sins are the ones that I know

::Male::
So hard it's been
I'm starting to feel that you can make it alright

Come on take a ride
Come on take a ride
Come on Baby Tonight

::Female::
I shouldn't knock what's so good
Love me, hear me
Love me, hear me

::Male::
Cause you never felt it
oh you never felt it
You'll never feel again

cause you never felt it
oh you never felt it
You'll never feel

So here we are
what you up for darlin'
Cause I'm willing to please

So hard it's been
And I know how you been wantin' release
YEAH
Sing it to me baby while you're down on your knees

Come on take a ride (yeah)
Come on baby tonight (yeah)
Come, come, you know you better come (aye)
You know you better come, baby
You know you better come, (aye)

::Female::
Want me then walk on down
Love me, hear me,
Step up now and walk on down

Some people take a long time to grow

My only sins are the ones I know

Some people take a long time to grow

I'd like to be more Apt, and Able
Nothing wrong with the size of my navel

::Male::
Come Baby
You know you better come (aye)
You know you better come, Baby
You know you better come (aye)

Female:
Hey baby scale is my neighborhood
I shouldn't knock what's so good

Love Me
Hear Me

Step up now and walk on down

Love Me
Hear Me

::Male::
Cause I've been waiting all of my life

Love Me
Hear Me

::Male::
Cause I've been waiting all of my life

Come take a ride
Come baby tonight
Come
Baby
You know you bette come (aye)
....

::female::
If you want to know why I'm so shy, go ahead and ask my alibi

Effective vocal layering
Catchy and very danceable. Good job.

I expected more atmosphere in the piece. The slight problem is in the mix I think. More reverb in some of the instruments, especially in the vocals. The sound at the moment is a little thin. That may not be the right word. Each instrument is too distinct for my taste for a song like this. The male vocal on the left is great, but a little too forward compared to the right.

These are minor suggestions. I quite liked the song.

Dustin was wearing a Twizzlers t-shirt the night we met. I thought he looked interesting so I asked him to light my cigarette. We talked for all of 15 minutes before we crossed the subject of music, that we both did and would, and so it went. Ther... [see more]
