Sunny music for stormy lyrics! It's conceptually similar to The Velvet Underground's "Who Loves the Sun?" (sounds light, reads dark). The vocal phrasing seemed forced (too many or not enough syllables depending on the line), but that's a small matter of balance in rhythm. Cool tune!
